Moo-ving On!
So, the summer Sara turns 21 is quickly coming to an end. She starts her senior year in college - the end of one journey which I am sure will be the beginning of many others. We haven't seen much of her this summer- two jobs and being in a committed relationship certainly takes time away from the 'rents. I guess we are being prepared for the "big move", the one where even her closet is cleaned :) Lee and I spent 18 years on our own and now we are coming to the stage where we begin life in the "empty nest" or at least empty of all her treasures, the cow lamp being my all time favorite:)

Working it!
Okay, so now the kiddo has not one, but two jobs! She stays pretty busy most days and when not at work is out and about or on the river. I am torn - I've lost my go to person for afternoon movies and /or movie marathons, but so glad she is earning her keep:)

Sara Kathleen Dumas- Get a Jaaab!
Sara, almost 21 years, is job searching. It is such a different world from when I was looking in my early twenties, and no, the picture above is not of me at the shirt factory. Anyway, every business has online applications, so those fabulous first impressions, either positive or negative, are almost a thing of the past. I am not sure how I feel about her modern day job search. Easier on one hand - let you fingers do the talking- but also harder since all her fabulous style, voice quality and smile are not part of the equation. Oh well...

Sara Kathleen Dumas - Beginnings
Thinking about time... the memories built layer upon layer with each new day.
The adventure started on a sultry summer day without any warning other than hints of a new life in a tiny drop of water.

Loved taking images and using the web based photo editing available to make some unusual overlays of photos.
